Privacy policy
How Vancouver Velocity collects, uses and protects your information. Last updated October 2026.
What we collect
When you request a quote we collect the details you enter: your name, phone, email, vehicle, dates, delivery location, driver age and message. We also record which page you sent the form from and, if you arrived from an ad or a tagged link, the ad click ID and campaign tags (gclid, gbraid, wbraid and UTM values).
How we store your inquiry
Inquiries are stored in our customer relationship system, GoHighLevel, and emailed to our team so we can reply to you. We keep them only as long as we need them to look after your booking and for our business records.
Analytics and advertising cookies
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors use the site and which ads lead to bookings. These tools use cookies.
Measuring ads with hashed contact details
To measure which ads lead to inquiries, we may share your email address and phone number with Google in hashed (scrambled) form. Google uses them only to match the inquiry to an ad interaction.
Marketing email
We only send offers by email if you tick “Send me occasional offers by email” on the form, in line with Canada's anti-spam law (CASL). You can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Contact us on 778-814-6421 or admin@vancouvervelocity.com.
